Updating rosserial to 0.5.6 needs adjusting of the
LIC_FILES_CHKSUM lines.

The previously applied patch has been included in 1.11.8 and is
removed from the recipe and this repository. Furthermore, the
LIC_FILES_CHKSUMs are adjusted to changes in the package.xml files.

removed from the recipe and this repository.

The version 1.8.5 incorporates the local patch, and hence the local
patch is removed. Furthermore, it now requires roslint.

roslint is needed for the latest version of xacro.

In the commit 21f7799e, I manually
modified the patch, but it slipped my eyes to adjust the line
information in the patch accordingly.
This commit corrects the line information, so that the patch can
now be applied correctly.

This commit further adds a simple fix to the patch for the ros-comm
repository.
