The installation of urdfdom 0.2.8 needed a patch because of some
problems with the installation:

In version 0.2.10, these problems were resolved and hence, we can
remove the patch.

The cv-bridge 1.10.14 now needs python-numpy-native, as a python
script with ´import numpy´ is executed at compile time.

The version 1.11.4 contains the local patches for
CATKIN_ENABLE_TESTING, and hence the local patches can be removed.
