Due to the update, this commit also drops the urdf patch, which is
now included in the released version.

The cv-bridge 1.10.14 now needs python-numpy-native, as a python
script with ´import numpy´ is executed at compile time.

While adding image-geometry, the common part to cv-bridge was put
into the vision-opencv.inc file.

The cv-bridge recipe is updated to 1.10.9 to be in line with
https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/blob/ef3a7449d7f7ef6e691a5724ef6c485e75cfd4af/hydro/release.yaml.
