Since version 1.7.15, the bondcpp package needs the cmake_modules
package. The dependency was added with this commit:

The bond-core recipes are updated to 1.7.13 to be in line with
https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/blob/4551e7c32d1b34984410b79bc0ec36afe3d3d245/hydro/release.yaml.

This commit adds the recipes for packages bond, bondcpp, smclib
and bondpy. The first three packages are required for the nodelet
package.
