Add overlay support

Maxime Escourrou requested to merge mescourr/inkscapesvg:overlay-support into master
  • Add overlay argument to the command definition (and so increase all arguments of 1)
  • Test if beamer is used to pass overlay, otherwise use includegraphics command without <>
  • Add endline comments to remove trailing space, to enable animations
