This MVP needs more simplification

Simplification goals:

• fix any (possible) cmfz bugs,
• (re)test the data download & preproc steps,
• optimize metrics w.r.t. computing time,
• show your nn's perfs in demo.py (or Read me) and compare them to leaderboards!
• make animations for random test samples in the demo notebook,
• make a gif for YOLO vs Empirical DE-CPP on a short m.o.t. / drive scene & show it in Readme,
• use hydra/yaml conf files for runs & group results in sub-folders,
• ask @smessoud to clone & run the repo to confirm its portability.
