feat (ihmMain): link all ihmMain submodules

Anis Mikou requested to merge feat/17-link-ihmMain-submodules into develop
  • Addition of Connection, Registration, Complete Registration, Server Address and Channel Creation Forms
  • Linking between every element (buttons that take from one view to another and pass data from one controller to the other)
  • Addition of a first version of the main Layout incorporating IHM Channel's work

All the work has been done in this separate branch to enable some developers to start working on the linking with incomplete forms (that were on other branches and not ready to be merged in develop yet) while the others were finishing the forms
