* https on most links (it's not needed for localhost)
* remove github workflow

'repository' was used by 'jekyll-github-metadata', which was removed

This fixes incorrect SEO tags

'github-pages' adds a lot of unneeded gems, among which 
'jekyll-github-metadata', which leads to incorrect URLs in SEO tags.

This is used by Jekyll SEO Tag to generate correct metadata

Otherwise, manual build

Now, builds are optimized using a custom Docker image. High ressources 
usage during build should no longer be an issue

When using 'podman push', for some reason the image manifest isn't 
accessible in the Docker Hub. This commit uses an image pushed by 
'docker':
