Enable WiFi ACS

The wifi is currently configured to use channel 5 This can become an issue with many robots in the same place. An easy fix would be to enable Automatic Channel Selection (ACS) but setting channel = 0 in /etc/hostapd-turtle.conf yields the following error

ACS was disabled on your build, rebuild hostapd with CONFIG_ACS=y or set channel
